Went on an overnight stay in Bahrain & was a little worried as the food & adult beverages are sooooo good! Yep had a weight gain but was able to stay really focused the rest of the week to turn it around. Last week: 165 pounds This week: 163 pounds

Any one doing Couch 2 5K and 30 Day shred?
I was just wondering if anyone is doing both these programs & if so what is your routine? Do you do the shred on opposite days of C2 5K or are you doing the shred on the same day as C2 5K (one in am & one in pm?)? I'm doing the C2 5K but was thinking about adding the 30 Day Shred? Any thoughts?
