So, I just joined Aspen Fitness... they have a cycling class. I've never done it before, but it seems interesting.... anyone have any recommendations, tips, or things to look for. From what information i can find, its one class for all levels. Thanks!

stress and weight loss
anyone else have difficulty with their healthy lifestyle during times of extreme stress?I feel like right now my whole plan has been derailed because of the stress in my life. I don't know how to get past it, or to keep the weight coming off while going through this. Any ideas??

How many do I eat??
Ok, so based on fitnessfrog.com, my BMR is 1728, my TDEE on little or no exercise is 2074. Based on MFP, to lose 1lb a week, i'm set at 1580. So where do i start on how much i should be eating?? my exercise is mostly walking. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks! :)

When to eat
I am working a shift that is 4 hours earlier than normal. When Should i start eating?? I'll be working 1a-9a, and normally i work 5-1. Should I eat starting at 1 or 430 like normal?

Question about which BMR to follow
I went to fat2fit and based on it's calculations, and my goal weight (which it also provided based on my info) it gave me two BMR's based on the different formulas. The First BMR was 1771, and the second was 1254. To reach my goal weight it told me to consume 1630 calories. But which BMR do i follow?? Any help would be…
