Calories estimate when exercise passed from endomondo
Hi I have done a 30 minute, 7 mile bike ride this morning, tracked using Endomondo. My Fitness Pal has estimated the ride at 1753 calories - I'm not sure this can be riight. Maybe 800 at my weight, but not nearly 1800. Does anyone have any experience of hoe accurate this is.

Too many Calories left at end of day
I have a question related to the sticky on exercise calories - you say that if we eat too many carbs and fat than we need (in one go), then it is stored as fat. Hi I have just started using the app on my iphone. I was a member of weight loss resources (£11 a month), which offered me nowhere near as much as I get here.
