Hi
I have done a 30 minute, 7 mile bike ride this morning, tracked using Endomondo. My Fitness Pal has estimated the ride at 1753 calories - I'm not sure this can be riight. Maybe 800 at my weight, but not nearly 1800. Does anyone have any experience of hoe accurate this is.

What does your endomondo say? I would say its more accurate. I always go by my endomondo calories burned instead of MFP.0

Endomondo said 652 calories. It's further complicated by the fact that I use a Garmin unit to track my cycle, and then import that into endomondo. It came into Endomondo at 1750 calories. However, when I saved the route, and then recreated the workout, it came out at 652 calories. That certainly seems more realistic.0

I think the 652 sounds way more realistic.0
