70 pounds and Counting
K... Never thought I would post in here, but I busted my butt to get in shape and feel good about myself. A few months ago I had the added incentive of a trip to Cabo come in to play. So here we go... Starting pic is me at my heaviest about 73 pounds ago. Hopefully I do this picture thing correct.

Carb Cutting
Ok... Aside from the "Bad" carbs... If I'm looking to lower my carb intake whats a reasonable goal? I don't think I'm disciplined enough to lose them all together, but Im not sure what a good goal number would be on a day to day intake. Any suggestions?
