Vegan Low Cal Homemade Ranch Dressing
No I am not Vegan, but I'm all for healthy alternatives and being that I love ranch... This is a new favorite.
Recipe Makes 1.5 cups
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 package (7oz) silken tofu
1/2 cup almond milk (yes another)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon chopped chives
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
And a pinch of pepper.
In a blender or food processor add 1/2 almond milk and lemon juice. Let sit for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Use immediately or refrigerated in an airtight container.
