My new favorite low cal snack... Cut fruit dipped in Greek yogurt and then frozen. So easy... So yummy. Tons of options. And really good for a sweet tooth!

    Do you eat it with a spoon or on a stick like a popsicle ?

    What fruit do u use? I assume it's plain Greek yogurt? Sounds worth trying!

    I used honey vanilla flavored yogurt, and tried it with strawberries, Apple slices, pineapple, grape, raspberries, and melon.

    I used a tooth pick to dip the fruit in the yogurt. Then set it on wax paper. I used one tooth pick for all the fruit. Then put the wax paper in the freezer. Then I used a fork to pick at it all but I imagine you could just use your fingers. It was delicious!!
