EVOO, I love you.
It goes pretty much in everything I eat. I'm constantly battling to get enough fat and cuz I'm a dairy-free vegetarian. At same time, because of gastroparesis, if I eat too much fatty food at once, I get wicked chills, shakes, bloat, abdominal pain while the broken system tries to break it down. Frustating.
