We've all heard the story that muscle burns more calories than fat. My question is, how much more? For example, a 200 pound man whose body fat is 5%, what would his BMR be compared to a 200 pound man whose body fat is say 20%. Protein Goal
My protein goal is set at 150 grams according to MFP. No one else's protein goal in the food diaries that I've looked at even comes close to this number, why is that? I'm currently making changes to up my intake of protein without having to consume 3000+ calories, but it doesn't look like it's going to easy.

Sugars
I've noticed that my daily goal, as far as, sugar is concerned, changes from day to day, does anyone know why it does that? Also, day in, day out, I am consistly over my target goal when it comes to sugar, even though, with the exception of salad dressing I eat healthy. Should I be concerned about this? Any advice or…
