I do really good working out and eating wise during the week, but once the weekend hits it's like I totally forget to eat healthy and forget about working out. Advice on how to stay focused on the weekends?!?!?!

I love cheese!!! Starting on Monday I'm going to cut out cheese and Mayo. I was going to cut coffee but.... no! Has anyone cut out anything that definetly made the difference and helped? Working up to cutting ice cream!!!
