129 pounds of jiggliness!! Any advice on how to get rid of jelly belly?!?
I've been reading and researching that yogalates is supposed to be good for unwanted belly fat and for tightening up loose skin. Going to start 15 minute sessions tomorrow along with another 20 minutes of cardio.
Any suggestions would be great, cuz this stubborn fat seems to like where it's at and it is time for it to go!!!!
Thx.
Michelle

Iift weights (not barbie dumbells) to add lean mass. you can't spot reduce your abs but adding muscle really helps boost metabolism and you'll feel awesome. I've lifted for a while but I'm starting the New Rules of Lifting for Women plan and I'm super excited about it. Give it a try!0

The number one thing (which I assume you're already doing, seeing how you're on this site) is to count calories. Every single one of them. Other than that, the simple answer is just to move more. I would agree w/the above post that you should lift heavy weights in order to put on a bit of lean mass (this will in no way make you "bulky" as you don't have the same hormones males have) and it will also burn some cals and rev up your metabolism0
