Exercise question
Is there a way to add in steps? My pedometer tracks both aerobic and non aerobic. Spent hours on my feet at an amusement park, but got only 12 minutes of aerobic. Did over 3 miles of total steps. How would you count it?

Best Approach?
My goal - walk 4 mph for 1 hour daily, starting out at 30 minutes and working up. My question is which is the better approach: Walk 30 minutes a day until I'm doing 2 miles in that time and then increase time or Work up to 60 minutes and then increase speed During summer months I also swim and tread water. New to Site
Wish I could say I was new to weightloss, but that, unfortunately, has been a life long battle. A couple of years ago I was part of another on-line community and lost about 25 pounds. I have gained all of it back and am having health issues because of it. Today I take charge of my own life again.
