Is there a way to add in steps? My pedometer tracks both aerobic and non aerobic. Spent hours on my feet at an amusement park, but got only 12 minutes of aerobic. Did over 3 miles of total steps. How would you count it?

  • I would put that as basic walking, at a casual pace (probably about 2.5 mph, maybe less)
