Increasing calorie count.
I have found since using MFP regularly and it saying I could only consume 1300 calories a day I have been starving and my workouts have sucked *kitten*. Plus very little has changed on the scale. Assign an exercise to each suit, flip the card and do the number of reps shown. Jokers = 20 reps of all four exercises. eg. Kinda mean last night
So both my wife and I have been watching what we eat. Last night my wife was having a night were she felt really "snacky" so what did I do. I put on "Dinners, Drive-Ins, and Dives" on the food network. It was about Kentucky BBQ places. Soo mean, but by the end I was snacky too ;-)
