How do I log an OCR?
Trying to decide how to log the OCR that I ran yesterday. There is nothing even close in the database and I'm not sure how many calories I burned doing it. It took me an hour and 33 minutes to complete it.

Working out during your period
I have found that every month when my period hits me I can barely move for the first 2-3 days. I know I should get up and go to the gym, but the cramps are killer and I have no energy at all. Am I the only one that has this problem?

Not eating enough calories

I know that if you don't eat enough your body will go into starvation mode. I'm thinking that this may be why I've not lost anything in…
