Couch to 5K - Leg Pain
Just finished W6D1. My leg has really been hurting on the inside of my right leg just below my knee for about a week now. Any suggestions?

Exercise Calories
What do I do when I have a lot of exercise calories in a day? Today I did a 50 minute intensive spin class, and did C25K WK 4. I estimated about 900 calories. I have already eaten 970 calories and my net calories are at 8 right now. I don't really think I can eat another 700-800 calories today. Any suggestions?

Water Retention
I am having trouble with water retention. I have checked my sodium intake and on average it's around 1400 mg per day. So I think that is well within range and drinking 10 to 12 glasses of water a day. Any suggestions?

Calories and Exercise
I really like using this program but I do have a question. I am following the 1200 calorie program but was wondering why I need to eat the additional calories I earned from exercise. Seems to me I should eat the 1200 and the excess calories burned should not be eaten to loose weight. Is this correct?
