Looks like everyone is off to a great week. Boot camp and spin for me today. It is getting hot here in FL so the afternoon boot camp was very draining. Boot camp again tomorrow hopefully it we will get a breeze!

Hi Everyone, Did 3 mile run this morning with both of my daughters. I lagged behind a little but finished in 36 minutes. Hope to get it under 35 before the next 5K in mid-May. Have a great evening. Becky

I too have experienced difficulty in loosing weight. I had a hysterectomy at 26 and ovaries removed at 45. I do use a small dosage of a hormone replacement patch. When younger I did exercise some. Hi Everyone, I ran/walked my first 5K on Saturday. Finished in 41.32. Have another one in two weeks. Still working through Couch-to-5K. I am now in week 6. I'm having some trouble with my right knee hurting so thought I'd lay off the running for a few days. Spin and Boot Camp tomorrow!

I am really liking C25K! Have a 5 K in two week to run and I'm sure walk some of it. I hope this doesn't last too long. I am going to take everyone's advice and take a few days off soak, ice, and hopefully get a massage :smile:

I got all my water in this week. Exercised 5 out of 7 days. I added the sodium on my tracking last week and can't believe how much sodium is in some of the stuff I've been eating so glad to see the challenge this week.
