A very challenging boot camp for me yesterday. It was so hot and I had a headache most of the day so took migraine meds before I went. Not a very wise choice! :sick:0 -
Good morning! Did CLX Lean Circuit 2, TF HIIT 20 & Abs 10. Burned 413 calories. Need to get in my C25K today too so I don't fall behind on that.

Yesterday I started my second week of c25k. Today I didn't workout. I cleaned for 5 hours, I think I will be fine without a workout0

Im in, this is what im in need of, everyone with the same goal, I dont need 2 loss alot of weight, my biggest problem is what exerises do I need 2 do 2 get a flater stomach???? would love some imput.0

Hello everyone today was a late night workout for me. Insanity Max Interval Circuit helped me burn a whopping 923 calories. I love this month lol. I hate it while I am actually working out though. Max Plyo tomorrow!!! Can't wait!0

TF Fire 60 today. I killed that one this morning! I was at 591 calories burned, according my HRM, and so to get to an even 600, I did a minute of jumping jacks and high knees. I was dripping with sweat after that workout! Felt great!! Enregized for the day. Tomorrow isCLX Lean 3 and TF Core 20. Last day of CLX workouts for the hybrid (other than Burn Intervals for Sat). Then it's the last phase of hybrid which is all TF workouts. Looking forward to those. LOVE my Turbo Fire!!!

Walked/ran for about an hour and a half yesterday. It was nice out, FINALLY. Today took a kickboxing class at the gym. May will be the month I loose something. These last 5 lbs need to come off. Hawaii trip is planned for the end of June. So def need to be ready.0

Mas Interval Plyo today. HRM said 795 calories burned. It's crazy how much effort you put into these Insanity workouts and feel like your about to drop while your doing the workouts. You never realize how much stronger your getting until your finished and you realized how much you burned compared to the first time. Recovery for me tomorrow but I will have to do some extra cardio because it's CInco de Mayo and I plan on having a few drinks. :drinker: . Have a good night everyone.0

CLX Lean 3 and TF Core 20 for me today. Burned 258 calories. That was it for CLX workouts for the hybrid. Now it's back to TF for the final phase. Tomorrow is 45EZ which always kicks my butt!!

Good Morning and Happy Thursday! CLX Lean Circuit 1 for me today...HRM showed 264 calorie burn and my arms are hurting (but in a good way of course)!

hey everyone had max recovery today and really wasn't feeling it, but it's done burned 403 Calories. Can't wait for a regular workout again tomorrow. Max recovery just annoys me at this point.0

TF 45EZ and 30 Mins to Fitness "TLC" body conditioning. Burned 700 calories. Tomorrow is CLX Burn Intervals & Extreme Abs. I'm also doing a 5K walk tomorrow for ovarian cancer. Plus, I need to do my C25K tomorrow as well. So should be a good cal burn day.

Happy Turbo Friday! Today's workout: Fire 30 with weighted gloves AND HIIT 25. HRM showed 547 calorie burn.

TGIF!!! Happy Friday everyone. Sorry, I have been MIA for a while; life has gotten a little crazy. I haven't been doing much when it comes to my Turbojam workouts. Tuesday: I did Ab Jam and my 20 min workout burning about 433 calories. Wednesday: I did just my 20 min workout (late night) burning about 242 calories. Thursday: I took my babies for a 75 min walk burning about 220 (slow pace) with a 2 yr old. I need a change anyway, and it was beautiful outside. Might go for another walk tonight or I might do my Turbojam. I did discover 2 days ago that I have an exercise channel on my directTV. I looked into it, very interesting. Might try a few things, not sure yet. I am also looking into C25K for a friend of mine and myself (to get her motivated). I dropped another almost 2 lbs which brings my total to 39.8 (0.2 lbs shy of 40 lb mark) which means I am 3/4 of the way to my goal. I hope to lose another 9 lbs by June 18 (my high school reunion). I think I can do it with a little determination and will power. Also, according to my BMI, I am more than halfway to the "healthy" range for my height which I am excited about. I hope everyone has a great weekend and Mother's day. I have a busy weekend, so I won't be around much. Take care everyone.0

Max Cardio Conditioning and Cardio Abs today. Definitely was not in the mood for all that oblique work :grumble: . I can tell the end of the week is nearing because my muscles are wiped at this point so it wasn't my finest set of workouts 841 calories burned between both. I look forward to day where I just get to do a leisure run. This push up garbage is for the birds lol. But I'm gonna keep pushing cause i'm almost done!0

Walked the dog, walk/ran, and did P90X back and Biceps today. Less than 2 months to my vacation and still need to get rid of these 5 lbs. Starting tomorrow hard core stepping it up. Happy Mother's Day to all the mamas out there.0

So yesterday i did not get any exercise in due to flying back to NY, I got home and i was exhausted, i woke up today with a sore body due to carrying my bags around the airport, but today i figured hey i go the time, so i choose to do some taebo and it was great, my arms and back are still sore but i pushed through it, hope all u mother's are having a blessed mother's day :flowerforyou:0

Ok so I just didn't have it in my to do core cardio and balance after my 3 mile run yesterday so I did it this morning before church ( i haven't missed a workout yet so why start with 2 weeks left) It ultimately helped me out though because mother's day dinner was REALLY GOOD. Tomorrow I have a double day with my fitness test and Max Interval Circuit (fingers crossed that the numbers improve and I burn a massive amount of calories doing it). I hope all the Challenge Mom's had a wonderful Mother's Day.0

Took the weekend off from logging but I'm back. CLX Lean Circuit 2 for me this morning. Think I pulled something in my lower back over the weekend so I had to lighten the weights I used to compensate.

Alright guys so I did my double workout this morning instead of doing it this evening. I still haven't decide which I prefer but here are my fit test # 4 results:
Switch Kicks-30, 45, 51, 61
Power Jacks-44,46,60,62
Power Knees-82, 127, 132, 132
Power Jumps- 22, 27, 37, 47
Globe Jumps-6, 9, 10, 11
Suicide Jumps- 9, 11, 12, 16
Push up Jacks-16, 23, 23, 26
Low Plank Oblique- 33, 44, 50, 61
Not a massive improvement but and improvement according to the HRM burned 293 calories (however I wanted to throw it at the wall today because it kept losing my heart rate during the workout for minutes at a time):explode: . I didn't break between workouts I just rolled right into max interval circuit so I didn't count the 92 calories burning between changing disc and filling up the water bottle again lol. So Max Interval circuit took every bit of my energy this morning (double) make that triple doses of almost everything that I did during the fitness test was a killer. My moving pushups didn't do to much moving this time (they were just regular push ups) and my knees were definitely not getting as high as usual a squats were my ultimate foe today. By the time I got to the last circuit I was ready to drop. But it is done and I have one more fit test to go! I have realized that I burn way more calories with evening workouts due to the fact that I am fully awake. Morning workout = Auto pilot :yawn: .
