Exercise Calories

What do I do when I have a lot of exercise calories in a day? Today I did a 50 minute intensive spin class, and did C25K WK 4. I estimated about 900 calories. I have already eaten 970 calories and my net calories are at 8 right now. I don't really think I can eat another 700-800 calories today. Any suggestions?

    Protein shake made with skim milk and some fresh fruit for flavoring....that will help add some of those calories for you. And you can pretend it's a Pina Colada at the Super Bowl party! :)

    You need to eat something... protein like the others were saying is great!! Some cheese and crackers would be a nice snack too!!! Oh, and any type of nuts!
