Water Retention

I am having trouble with water retention. I have checked my sodium intake and on average it's around 1400 mg per day. So I think that is well within range and drinking 10 to 12 glasses of water a day. Any suggestions?

IF your eating alot of artifical sweetners, procecessed foods, sugary foods. Those can cause bloating as well. If your eating alot of foods that have glueten in then that could cause it as well0

depends how much water retention, if you have pitting oedema then you need to talk to your Dr. Oedema can be an indication or several ailments including heart and kidney problems and should be investigated.
If its mild Google "natural diuretics" to treat mild oedema. Also drink plenty to keep you flushed out...this isn't advisable if you have severe pitting tho unless directed by a Dr0 -
Thanks for the post. I don't really have swelling in feet or legs. Mainly in fingers causing rings to be tight. I'll check it out with my Dr.0
