Pedometer App
So I want to join a step challenge for October to do 10,000 steps in a day. However I don't have a pedometer. Can anyone recommend a good free app that will track my steps but allow me to still use my phone without stopping the app. Thanks, Sandra

Ok so I was wondering is it better to eat before going to the gym or after? Last night I ate after the gym and I felt like I wanted to just keep eating where as when I eat before going to the gym I come home and have a yogurt or snack. Just curious as to which is better as I hear different things.
