30 Day Ab and Squat Challenge Day 2

Congrats to all who completed day 1. Here is day 2 just a slight increase from what we did on day 1.

You can do just the 30 Ab Challenge by not do any of the squats if you are not interested in doing the squats. I had to modify the 30 Day Squat challenge so the days of rest fell on the same days.
