Workouts and eating

Ok so I was wondering is it better to eat before going to the gym or after? Last night I ate after the gym and I felt like I wanted to just keep eating where as when I eat before going to the gym I come home and have a yogurt or snack. Just curious as to which is better as I hear different things.

As long as you are in a calorie deficit (assuming you are wanting to continue losing weight) you are fine. There is no benefit to eating at any specific time. Do what works for you. I eat after lifting because "feeling full" is not a good feeling for me while lifting. Do what works for you.

i do both.. before i try to eat about 2-3hrs prior and then right after... Im starving after my workouts.0

Thanks I think I will try and do the same some before and some after break it up so I am not starving.0
