So my parents got me The Biggest Loser: At-Home Challenge and I'm Just finished week 1 with warm-up, phase 1 strength and cool-down. How do I enter that in the exercise log? I'm still trying to get used to this system. I know, in all, it took 20 minutes. Not sure how long each component was. Thanks!

I kinda like working out, but I LOATHE the week-long pains you get after the workout.
