Logging my exercise?

So my parents got me The Biggest Loser: At-Home Challenge and I'm Just finished week 1 with warm-up, phase 1 strength and cool-down. How do I enter that in the exercise log? I'm still trying to get used to this system. I know, in all, it took 20 minutes. Not sure how long each component was.

    It was probably circuit training, 30DS is. Try to eat back only 1/2 of your calories rather than all to ensure you don't overeat. A HRM with chest strap is best.
