Hello everyone!
My name is Sandy and I'm (of course) trying to lose weight. I gained about 30 lb in one week due to birth control that - thankfully - I got off of. It went straight to my thighs (I have a couple nice-sized red stretch marks thanks to that!). I've been wearing the same jeans since I was 12 until all that weight gain and I want to fit back in them! I don't think it'll be easy, with me being a Choco-holic and I'm quite sedentary with my lifestyle. I'm a student at the U of A and my days are filled with school. I leave home at 5 am, I come home at almost 7 pm, so there's very little time for working out during the semester (except for when I'm running from one side of the campus to the next to make my class).
I've tried to exercise with my parents, but they get lazy and decide not to do it anymore. And I'm fairly new to the state, so don't have friends to workout with. So here goes another attempt!
