Should I move on to Level 2?
So i started this 30DS on the 24th... missed only 2 days from being ill. I am still on Level 1 workout. Should I be moving on by now to Level 2? For the most part...I'm still sweating my *kitten* off and find it hard to keep up with the cardio (jumping jacks, jump rope mostly) without having to take a breather. Anyone else…
