is your weight loss slow and steady, or in chunks?
I can't actually say.... Mine used to be slow and steady, before I started eating way more raw foods in the beginning of January. Now it seem to have it come of more in a "chunk", LOL...... The actual weight loss is motivating.
On Jan. 2nd, I started eating a lot more fruits and veggies.... particularly raw, but also cooked. I am guessing that I now eat 10x more fruit and veggies than before Jan 2nd. Do you use the extra calories when you workout?
OK, my MFP plan calls for 1870 calories a day, but I shoveled snow for about an hour... MFP says that gives me 500+ more calories I can have for the day. I probably will not consume 500+ calories more, but maybe 250.

My body revolted.... and now I see a clear picture.

Later on today, the family is headed on a 500 mile drive. And I am cleaning out some of the fridge. It is 7:35 AM, and I am eating homemade sauerkraut ( no nearly as much sodium ). I have always wondered if my "ability" to eat whatever, whenever, has been a hindrance to my weight loss efforts.
