Do you eat whatever, whenever?

Later on today, the family is headed on a 500 mile drive. And I am cleaning out some of the fridge. It is 7:35 AM, and I am eating homemade sauerkraut ( no nearly as much sodium ). I have always wondered if my "ability" to eat whatever, whenever, has been a hindrance to my weight loss efforts.

Nope, food is food. Sometimes I have leftover stir fry for breakfast. It is (for argument's sake) 350 calories, just as an egg sandwich would be 350 calories. As long as you are making healthy choices that will keep you full, no worries. Breakfast foods can be eaten at dinner, dinner foods can be eaten in the morning. Who doesn't love breakfast for dinner? :bigsmile:0

Well, I think most people love breakfast for dinner.... but most people do not enjoy dinner for breakfast, LOL.... Pre MFP, I know I could enjoy a noce bowl of chili for breakfast! Or leftover Chinese....0
