What type of HRM should I get?
I'm considering getting a HRM so I have a better idea of what type of calories I'm burning, but not sure what type to get. I like the idea of a the watch type, but if armbands are the best way to go, i don't think it will bother me too much. First(ish) NSV
I've had a few smaller ones over the past few weeks, but today I got to get rid of my belt in place of a smaller one. It's nice to know that the inches are coming off and that my pants won't be falling down so much either.
