I've had a few smaller ones over the past few weeks, but today I got to get rid of my belt in place of a smaller one. It's nice to know that the inches are coming off and that my pants won't be falling down so much either.

That's great! And it IS a big deal- nothing like a new belt to reiterate that it's working!
Also- most communities appreciate the pants staying up so this is a bonus too lol0 -
