Scale hasn't moved in 3 weeks!
I'm trying not to freak but its so hard not to! I was consistely losing at 1lb per week up to 15 pounds lost. After reading many, many threads, I learned that I was eating too few calories (1200-1400) daily. Some people on here advised not to change if I was losing but I did anyway because I didnt want to continue…
