Hip Hop Abs to 30 Day Shred

Hi All:
I have been doing Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs for 3-4 days a week for the last 2 1/2 months with great success. However, I see SO many people doing 30DS with excellent results so I decided to give it a try last night. I thought it was a great, intense workout in 20 minutes but I'm concerned because I'm not sore AT ALL! Wondering if this is because I have already been working out and the 30DS is not much more challenging or intense than Hip Hop Abs?
Thoughts?

I'm interested to know as well. I have 30 day shred and thought about starting it...0

You don't have to be sore to get a good workout.
It's effective. I workout all the time and am just finishing up another round of the shred. I lost inches here and there. Don't worry!

I did my zumba with the shred last night and totally felt it but I would second the heavier weights. I need the cardio before hand or my legs get too tight.0

As suggested before, if it feels too easy, use heavier weights and do the exercises slightly faster to increase your heart rate. Also you can do levels 1 & 2 back to back. Remember that you dont always have to feel sore to get a really good workout and to see results.0
