Yes....I am right there with ya. It's slowly disappearing though with reduced calories, cardio and weight lifting focusing on the back. It wont be an overnight process. Just hang in there and remain persistent!

Same here. Scale hasnt moved in 5 weeks now but dropping inches. Clothes fitting MUCH better. I'm trying to stay positive and stay AWAY from the scale but its so hard! I dont know why that number is so important to us?!?!?

You dont HAVE to eat 1200 calories a day to lose weight!! STOP starving yourself. Eat between your BMR and TDEE.

I am the same way! You know what I do, I just budget for it. I allow myself an additional 200-300 calories for my sweets. If I dont budget for it and go over my caloric budget for the day because I had my sweets, then my punishment for doing so is sweating it off at the gym! I dont like all the fat free, sugar free stuff!…

1 year?!?! I would be a nut case if that happens to me!! I have taken pictures and I am SO happy with the reults overall, just getting discouraged because I feel like my success has come to a screeching halt! I will keep at it though and make a few changes. Thanks so much for weighing in here. :-)

Yes, I'm hitting the gym 4-5 times per week. 30 min nonstop on the elliptical at intervals with resistence level between 4-9. Then I do 30 minutes of various weight machines focusing on upper/lower body on various days. I will add more water to my diet. Currently only drinking 24 ounces a day. The rest of my fluids come…

I have experienced very similar results and decided that I will no longer let the scale depress me or determine my daily mood. The scale is no longer my sole measuring device. I am doing what I need to do and the clothes are looser each week and co workers and family congratulating my success is so gratifying!! Good Luck…
