I have been eating between 1400-1600 calories per day, exercising 4-5 days per week (30 day shred combined with 30 minutes of elliptical). With this, I have lost several inches all over as well as losing 1 pound per week for the last 15 weeks. HOWEVER, Im reading these threads and apparently I'm not eating enough. Should I increase my calories, even though I'm consistently losing or keep doing what I'm doing??
Help please! I'm certainly open to your suggestions.

NOOOO....dont mess with something that is working. When it stops working then mess around with your numbers. Everyone is different.0

Do what works for YOU!! If you are losing weight - then I wouldn't change anything! Only when you hit a stand still should you really start to mess with your numbers (up or down)!0

Let me start by saying congratulations on your success so far.
While this is working for you, I have found through my own experience, Eat more. You will lose more. If you have lost only 1 pound per week, you could be double that.
Your body needs more to burn more. You are setting yourself up for a plateau that will take a couple of weeks to break as you are not getting enough nutrition in.
This is based on my own trials and challenges.0 -
Thank you all for your advice!0
