well the sun was out this morning and was quite warm so i got my white pants that i got for holiday last year in september out of the wardrobe they have been in there for about 6 months........................... and now they are too big and i tried to tighten the string but it just looked silly i've only wore them twice…

did you ever think that it was impossible for you to lose weight and be the skinny person i keep thinking ooooh i cant wait to be a size 10 but then i just cant imajine it cant see it being reality but im trying my hardest.....

recommended calories 2000 ???
I was looking at a food pack and saw we are recommended to eat 2000 calories a day for me at 5 ft 1 and if i was at goal weight (125lb) not doing any exercise that would mean i was over eating by 500 cals per day wich would equate to 1 pound a week gain ..... how can they say this i dont get it.

i do 40 mins mid morning ea sports 2 with my OH i burn around 250 calories, i was thinking of doing 30ds too in mornings it says i burn aroud 200 calories doing this i was thinking i would eat back exercise cals for 30ds and not for ea , also every other day i lift weighs. i have another question too: should i have my goal…
