should i do more cardio? and

i do 40 mins mid morning ea sports 2 with my OH i burn around 250 calories, i was thinking of doing 30ds too in mornings it says i burn aroud 200 calories doing this i was thinking i would eat back exercise cals for 30ds and not for ea , also every other day i lift weighs. i have another question too: should i have my goal set for2 lb a week loss i am 5ft 1 154lb and i want to get to 125lb for now?

    Hi, I am 5'5", and starting weight 140 lbs, and i used to do 1 hr cardio in the mornings( burns 250 cal around), and weights on alt days. but dint c impressive results though i was watching my food also. then I increased the duration and intensity of cardio, (burns around 550 to 600 now) and wow, awsome results. so may be u should too:)

    PS: I eat back on the whole of my exercise cals, and my weight loss aim is 1 lbs/ week, it seems anything more than that is unhealthy for me
