Has anyone else here done this program, or have plans to start it? I've attempted it before but wasn't very dedicated and only got a few weeks in. I'm starting again this week in conjuction with the 30DS and hopefully I'll convince myself to enjoy running somewhere along the way!

Good Stretching DVD
Can anyone suggest a good stretching DVD? I'm doing 30DS (and I think I'll alternate it with Ripped in 30 for a little variety), and after doing just ONE session I was sore for daysss. Now, I know I *will* be sore at first because I'm really out of shape, but I think a little more stretching might help. TIA :)
