So frustrated. Working out every day and eating within my 1200 cals and I have lost NOTHING only gained I just dont get it

I have one workout DVD from Prevention with Chris Frytag instructing it....I love it. Anyone else familiar with her DVD's, can you give any suggestions to ones you like????
