I really LOVE the Chris Freytag's DVD's. Her 10 Pound Slim Down Xtreme is currently my favorite. It is a whole system including a schedule to follow. There are 3 DVDs. You look great! Fantastic job. I started at 168 (165 on here) and I am 5'6, my original goal was 140 but now I want to try and hit 135 by June 11th (my 44th birthday) I am hoping I can do it in that time frame!

I do the same as Cathyvil and try not to eat back any workout calories. I too find that I am usually more hungry the more I workout. So I say give it a few weeks and see how it works for you. Good luck:wink:

I worked out this morning and did the Wii Just Dance this evening. And I decided to skip the 16 pcs of Junior Mints. Granted for candy Junior Mints are pretty good when your watching your weight and trying not to eat sweets.
