So what small changes or decisions did you make today to make yourself a more healthy version of you? Exercise, eating, or anything.
My decision was to pass up the Chick Fil A nuggets that I really wanted and get a side salad instead.

I worked out this morning and did the Wii Just Dance this evening. And I decided to skip the 16 pcs of Junior Mints. Granted for candy Junior Mints are pretty good when your watching your weight and trying not to eat sweets.0
