Looking to get some new DVDs and would like to try the Firm. There seems like they have so many to choose from, anyone mind giving suggestions on which ones to choose or which are your favorites? Thanks

    I really like the FIRM DVDs. Some of my favorites are Calorie Explosion; Target Toning: Zero in Ten; Pump, Jump, and Jab; and Cardio Party. I also like one of the newer ones called Time Crunch Cardio.

    The FIRM Express system is actually my mainstay of my workouts, however, is pricey at $89. You can purchase two FIRM DVDs that have 2 of the FE DVDs on each: Ignite Calorie Burn and TurboCharge Weight Loss. So, if you prefer to trial the FE system, you can try those 2 DVDs without as much money invested.

    You can also get a 10 day free trial at GaiamTV.com. They have lots of the FIRM workouts (just not the FIRM Express ones).
