Need help with a good way to count calories
I have been thinking about buying a body media fit but they are very expensive. What other thing do you use to count your calories during a workout, all day activities, etc.?

I did it! I just purchased Turbo Fire!!!!!!! Now I am committed to improving my overall health and fitness levels. I know I will need the encouragement to keep going, especially when I feel like I am going to DIE!!! I also have committed to the January 2012 1000 minutes of exercise. Busy Mom needing friends to keep motivated
Ladies, I am a full time working mom of 3. My husband works rotating shifts and is not around for meals 3 out of 5 weeks. So I turn to fast, quick to prepare food. I am in need of some friends to keep me motivated. My goal is to lose at least 50 lbs. Hopefully 25-30 before July (Vacation!). Who would like to join me?
