calories vs. net calories
I have 100+lbs to loose, currently my calories allowed is 1490 cal/day (my BMR is in the 1800+cal/day). I have been hitting the gym a lot and it gives me more calories to use.... I sort of feel it is counter productive to eat 2000+ cal/day. Should I really be eating my max cal allowed with exercise? I am by no means…

Discouraged....
So my last weight check I was -4lbs, today no change. The only positive thing I can say is I didn't gain. Just starting out and tracking everything, started exercising also. I would have even been happy with -1lb. But nothing.... ?

Can you be addicted to food?
I am smart, in the medical field (which is embarrassing to be obese) and educated in how the body works. I feel my weight has gotten where it is because I am a food addict.... is that possible. I lack self discipline with food and I am suck an emotional eater. Any thoughts?
