Discouraged....

So my last weight check I was -4lbs, today no change. The only positive thing I can say is I didn't gain. Just starting out and tracking everything, started exercising also. I would have even been happy with -1lb. But nothing.... ?

    Don't be discouraged. There are many reasons for staying them same, just as there is for losing and gaining.

    How much time was between your weigh-ins?
    If the 4lbs was your first weigh-in it could have been a lot of water weight.

    Stay postive and keep with it you will see results & be happy. :smile:

    You're just starting a new way of eating AND you're just starting exercise AND you lost FOUR lbs last week? You body is going WTF is this crazy chick doing to me! :-) Seriously, You're doing great, it didn't go on overnight, it's not coming off overnight. Keep doing what you're doing, and make sure you're drinking too (water! Not Vodka! ;-) and track it for a few weeks. I wouldn't even change a thing as you've got so many variables with the new eating and exercise that you need to keep doing what you're doing now and the results will come.
  • My last weight in was this past Saturday. Just sad because I feel like I have been working really hard and was hoping for at least a pound.
