Title says it all...I've been the same weight for 2 weeks and according to the scale today, I'm actually up a 1/2 lb, but I'm not going to record it till tomorrow, just in case it goes back down. Frustrated!
Anyone have one of these? Like them? I'm thinking of buying one of these for myself to help with keeping track of calories burned and can't decide which one.
I'm just curious what other stay at home mom's use for an activity level. I have a 3 1/2 year old and feel like I'm almost never sitting. I picked lightly active - nurse/salesman. Do other SAHM's pick that? or sedentary?
