I'm just curious what other stay at home mom's use for an activity level. I have a 3 1/2 year old and feel like I'm almost never sitting. I picked lightly active - nurse/salesman.
Do other SAHM's pick that? or sedentary?

I am not a mom but I am a teacher to a classroom of 3 year olds! I have 9 children in my class. I have mine set at sedentary because I am not moving the entire day. While the children are napping I am not moving around, craft time etc! I guess it really just depends on how active you are with your child.0

i have two kids (almost 5, and 5 lol) and i picked lightly active - i walk the 5 year old to school 2-3 days a week as well as house work and such...when the weather gets nice again and we walk to the park and stuff i might up my level again, but for now it seems to work for me0
