The biggest part of my diet plan is to limit portions to reasonable sizes, but I've found that even if I feel full after meals, I'm hungry not long afterwards! I was over-eating by quite a bit (and maybe i still am!) so I'm trying to eat less than normal. I think I'm getting enough protein, and I'm working to stay hydrated…
Right now my workout is running 3 miles 3 times a week and pushups and situps on non-running days. I keep finding myself at the end of the day under the 1200 calorie mark, and I know it's important to eat at least that many. Is it better to eat a lot at the end of the day to catch up to 1200, or should I just try to get back on track the next day and leave it under 1200?
I just joined today because I'm hoping tracking my food in addition to exercise will provide me with more motivation. I've been trying to lose weight since junior high but I feel like I haven't committed myself fully. I'm hoping to lose 15 pounds before I start college and beat the freshman 15. =]
