Is there any point logging Strength Training
What I mean is, is the only function of logging Strength Training into MFP just to keep a record of your progress? By the looks of things it doesn't change any daily calorie count or change any required macros, does it?

Cardio and Weight Training- which session first?
I am doing 6 Cardio sessions a week and 4 heavy weight training. So obviously I have some days when I do both. Does anyone have any theories on which session I should do first and what sort of time gap I should be looking at or doesn't it matter? Thanks

Heavy Training before a BIG blow out meal

I just did a pretty hard cycling session of 45 mins. I do this session once a week. I log a moderate effort in my MFP ap and it tells me I have burned 707 calories. Is it ok for me to eat raw OATS?
I have 100% wholegrain rolled oats. Is it ok just to pour skim milk on the top, add blueberries and maybe some honey and consume? Will this block me up or expand in my stomach as some people have suggested?

Is one cup of rice or 100g of rice referring to rice that is cooked or uncooked. Do I do my measurements as I am preparing the rice or when I am putting it on the plate. Obviously rice is bigger and heavier once it has water added. Thanks.
