For Christmas I was given a dinner at one of the city's finest restaurants. It is a 15 course degustation. Decadent food that is apparently out of this world.
The first thing is- I am definitely going. These are the reasons that I live.
I have lost 13 pounds this year so I have worked hard and eaten really well.
My question is, how to deal with it
Do I
a) Have a mammoth cheat day (it is also my birthday the day before) and not log anything.
b) Go into deficit the day before and save some calories. And then have a huge training session the day of to burn 1000-1200. Problem is, it is nearly impossible to track the calories in each course. They are so small and technical. Impossible to know what is in each dish. I won't even know how many calories the whole meal will be
c) Try and track the calories as best I can and then do another super burn the next day?
What would you do?

Try and burn a bit to compensate if that makes you feel better, but don't over train. One meal does not ruin a figure, or a diet. Enjoy yourself!0
